Employee selection is divided into three sections

Permanent Employee
In Japan, Working as a permanent worker means it's a long-term relationship between the company and the employee. Also, the company provides a proper On-Job Training system to learn different fundamental, technical & management skills.
Contract Employee
The contract between the employee and the company is for a short period of time. There will be a fixed period of 2-3 years assigned for a project.
Temporary Employee
For temporary employees also there is a fixed time period . But in the case of Temporary employees, they are recruited via a recruiting agency so after finishing the contract they can join other firms.
